  • What product ranges from Socomec are being introduced to NHP?

    Expanding on the existing distribution of Socomec’s load break and transfer switches (already available from NHP), from the 1st of January 2025 NHP will also be the distributor of Socomec’s Energy Monitoring and Digiware ranges in Australia and New Zealand.

  • What does this mean for metering and monitoring products currently available from NHP?

    NHP’s existing metering and monitoring products will continue to be available.

  • How do I find out more about the Socomec metering solution?

    From the 1st of January 2025, NHP will make content and various assets available on its website, including brochures, datasheets, product selectors, firmware updates and various other technical literature and downloads. These resources will provide comprehensive information about Socomec’s Energy Monitoring and Digiware ranges, helping you understand the features and benefits of these new products.

    Additionally, NHP can offer training sessions and webinars to ensure that all users are fully equipped to utilise the new Socomec products effectively.

2. Ordering NHP’s existing metering and monitoring products

NHP's existing range of energy monitoring products and solutions, including Metered Distribution Boards, will continue to be available. For any quotations or sales enquiries, please feel free to contact NHP.

3. Ordering Socomec’s metering and monitoring products
  • Can I order Socomec metering and monitoring products from NHP between now and 2025?

    No, Socomec’s metering and monitoring products will not  be available from NHP until January 1, 2025. Please continue to place orders through your existing purchasing channel, which will provide the necessary support.

    Important: NHP continues to distribute Socomec’s Load Break Switch and Transfer Switch range of products, and this remains unchanged.

  • Will Socomec’s product numbers change when NHP commence distribution?

    No, NHP will continue to use Socomec’s part numbers for metering and monitoring products.

  • When can NHP provide pricing for Socomec metering and monitoring products?

    Pricing details will be shared closer to distribution start date on the 1st of January 2025.

  • Can I place forward orders for Socomec metering and monitoring products?

    No, forward orders will not  be accepted for Socomec’s metering and monitoring range until the 1st of January 2025.

  • Will my pricing for Socomec energy monitoring products remain the same?

    For any existing quotes that will not result in an order until after 1st January 2025, you will need to have them re-priced by NHP.

  • Socomec metering and monitoring products
    Before 1st January 2025

    Before January 1, 2025, please direct any enquiries related to returns, warranty claims or faulty Socomec metering and monitoring products to your existing purchasing channel. They will provide the necessary support.

    NHP’s technical support of Socomec metering and monitoring products will commence on the 1st of January 2025. Any enquiries prior to this are limited and should kindly be directed back to your existing purchasing channel, and they will provide the necessary support.


    From 1st January 2025
