CUBIC Training Terms and Conditions

1. General

Enrolment is subject to pre-qualification approval by NHP. NHP reserves the right to change course schedules, discontinue courses, modify course content, limit class size and cancel courses should minimum class sizes not be reached.

2. Enrolment

2.1. Enrolment Confirmation: Course registration will be sent at the time of order placement.

2.2. Course confirmation will be confirmed in writing approximately 10 working days before the course commencement date.

2.3. Course fees cover the cost of tuition, instructional manuals, software (excluding Easy Start course), course materials, the use of the equipment and the cost of lunches/refreshments .

2.4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund

3.1. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation and transfer of attendees must be received in writing and acknowledged by NHP.

3.2. An 80% refund of course fees will be given for cancellations received before course confirmation sent by NHP.

3.3. The full course fee will be charged for cancellations received within 10 working days before course commencement.

3.4. A full refund of fees will be applicable should NHP cancel the course or transfer to an alternative date and participants are unavailable for the alternative date.

4. CUBIC Partnering

As an NHP CUBIC Partner, I agree to be bound by the conditions of the Accreditation levels as distributed by NHP. I also confirm my responsibility to ensure that conformance to the CUBIC documentation is adhered to. This Accreditation does not exonerate my responsibilities in compliance with the relevant standards, the carrying out of routine testing and the adopting of ‘Industry Best Practice’ in the manufacture of quality switchboard products. I acknowledge that any Accreditation Certification provided is only valid whilst I am employed at my nominated company above and can be transferred at the discretion of NHP.
