For years, the Austrol NTW pull wire switches has been a trusted name in mining and industrial safety. Known for their robust construction and reliability, these switches have been a cornerstone in ensuring the safety of industrial operations. Many would recall the “big yellow box”, which was a staple in conveyor safety even in the harshest of mines down under. However, with the advancement of technology, our machinery safety must also follow suit.

NHP is proud to present the Steute ZS802O2STWINTP, the direct replacement for the now obsolete Austrol NTW pull wire switches. Manufactured in Germany with consultation from large mining companies in Western Australia and Brazil, the ZS802O2STWINTP incorporates the highest standards of engineering and practical application. With enhanced reliability and functionality, the Steute ZS80 Twin system is designed to suit the Austrol NTW mounting patterns, making the migration seamless. 

The ZS802O2STWINTP features dual-sided operation, allowing for monitoring of both the left and right sides of the system. It includes a built-in tension indicator, eliminating the need for external measurement or tensioning tools. Most of all, the system takes pride in its reliability, satisfying and far exceeding Category 4, Performance Level (PL) e, and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 as per Machinery Safety standards.
