The Eldon HDW wall mount hygienic enclosure range from NHP is designed to protect valuable electrical equipment while meeting the unique requirements and strict hygiene standards of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
With IP66 and IP69K ingress protection certified for high temperature, high-pressure wash down applications, the enclosures and accessories are also inherently self-draining, including the door lock, a 30° sloped roof with integrated 30mm overhang and door edges sloped forward at 8° to prevent any liquid sitting on the top of the door seal.
The enclosures offer additional innovative features including no pre-drilled mounting holes or gland plates to stop bacteria accumulating, optional depth-adjustment bolts for mounting flexibility, a removable gasket for periodic maintenance and they are easy to clean by hosing down in food and beverage applications. A range of hygienic design wall mount brackets, levelling feet and cable glands, allows for a fully hygiene-compliant installation.
