Allen-Bradley On Machine Distributed I/O
The ArmorBlock® I/O family is a hardened I/O product suitable for On-Machine™ use. Water-resistant and corrosion-proof, it can mount directly on a machine (without a control cabinet), reducing installation and operating costs. Can also be mounted close to sensors and actuators to provide shorter cable runs and reduced wiring costs for many industrial applications. These modules are available for DeviceNet® and EtherNet/IP™ networks and are suitable for welding applications, end-of-arm robot material handling, and packaging applications. The 1732 ArmorBlock® Guard I/O™ modules provide all the advantages of traditional distributed I/O for safety systems and are available in an IP67-rated package for EtherNet/IP™ and ready to mount directly on the machine.
