Our Virtual Agent is now live and will allow customers to check:
- stock availability - simply enter in a part number, select your nearest location and the Virtual Agent will tell you the current stock level at your local NHP warehouse.
- the status of your order - enter your order number and the Virtual Agent will provide you with a line-by-line summary of the estimated date that goods will leave your local NHP warehouse, as well as the status of lines already processed.
