Encoders
NHP's absolute encoders on EtherNet/IP connect to and operate with the Logix controllers providing position tracking data used in open-loop control systems. The absolute encoders are electro-mechanical devices that are useful feedback elements in closed-loop control systems. Ideal for position control in packaging, robotics, pick and place, lead/ball screw, rotary table positioning and component insertion applications. The Incremental Optical Encoders provide low cost, smaller physical size, high frequency and high resolution. Available with a range of accessories to easily install and efficiently use the encoders.
Product Range
Allen-Bradley 842E EtherNet/IP Absolute Encoders
The Allen-Bradley EtherNet/IP™ Absolute Encoders are designed with an embedded EtherNet/IP switch and dual Ethernet ports to support linear networks and Device Level Ring topologies. Providing auxiliary feedback directly through an EtherNet/IP network, they eliminate the need for point-to-point wiring and are constructed for high performance use and reliability in harsh industrial conditions.
Allen-Bradley 843E EtherNet/IP Absolute Encoders
The Allen-Bradley 843E EtherNet/IP Absolute Encoders designed for safety applications that require speed, direction or position monitoring. They support the GuardLogix controller-based safety functions in the Studio 5000 Logix Designer and provide feedback via an EtherNet/IP network on CIP Safety. Achieving the desired safety or performance level by reducing the components needed.
Allen-Bradley 843ES CIP Safety EtherNet/IP Absolute Encoders
The Allen-Bradley 843ES CIP Safety over EtherNet/IP™ Encoders are designed for safety applications requiring speed, direction or position monitoring of safety functions. Utilising GuardLogix® in the Studio 5000 Logix Designer® application to provide auxiliary feedback directly through an EtherNet/IP network on CIP Safety, ensuring safety integrity and performance levels.
